Our services include detailed reports on the condition of
the exterior of the home. Interior aspects are no extra charge.
A brief but detailed inspection of the surrounding areas of the house searching for
any possible damage
to windows, doors, a/c units.
Also we check the yard for debris or fallen branches
etc. and will remove them to the road for pickup.
Interior inspection (if requested) checks to make sure
lights, timers, a/c unit and other aspects are in working order.
Other aspects may be checking to make sure the fish tank is still functioning, water damages, etc.
It is generally up to the customer to explicitly state their concerns of what they would like
to have checked when they are away.
From our discussions we will draw up a list that the inspector will use each time a visit is scheduled.
IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION of the homeowner and, if needed, the police, will be made
if any attempted or actual breakin or vandalism is noticed.
Pictures and a textual report can be sent to you our customer directly after each inspection.
